The evening begins with a private meeting with a Muay Thai expert, the kind of conversation that covers the discipline, history and technique of the sport in the time it takes to finish dinner. From there, you’ll move on to one of Chiang Mai’s most respected stadiums, a venue where national champions have begun careers, for behind-the-scenes access before the fights start: the preparation rooms, the rituals, the quiet focus that precedes the noise of the ring. Then ringside for the bouts themselves, with the expert alongside to answer questions as each round unfolds.
